Ripple Productions - A Board Casting and Media Production Company set up in 2013 by David Holmes.
David Holmes - Producer
David began gymnastics when he was 6 years old and between the ages of 8 to 16 he regularly competed in Gymnastic Competitions, representing his Club, South Essex Gymnastics and Britain. David was introduced to the Stunt World when his gymnastics coach, Jeff Hewitt-Davis, who was also a Stunt Co-ordinator, received a phone call from Greg Powell, a fellow Stunt Co-ordinator looking for a gymnast to double an actor on a film. So at the young age of 14, David began his career as a Stunt Performer on “Lost In Space” and for the next 10 years he performed Stunts on many productions, including all eight “Harry Potter” films. David qualified for the Stunt Register when he was 22, then on January 28th 2009, at the age of 25 David was left paralysed after an accident on set whilst rehearsing a stunt. After David had his accident he was based in the Stanmore Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH), he was diagnosed as a level C6/7 Tetraplegic and in July 2009 he moved back to his home.
In February 2013 David established Ripple Productions and in April 2013 David had the honour of being made an Appeal Ambassador for the RNOH, since then David has been involved in several fundraising events and charity projects.
